Extremely disappointed with my experience at Shero Home Food. I ordered Kadala curry, expecting a simple, homely meal, but what I received was completely unacceptable. The chickpeas were undercooked and hard, making the dish almost inedible. It honestly felt like the food was rushed and not properly prepared. When you order from a place that promotes “home food,” you expect well-cooked, fresh, and safe meals — not half-cooked items. Very poor quality control and a huge letdown. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their cooking standards. Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1

Absolutely terrible experience. We waited for 2 hours and still got no proper response from the staff. No updates, no apologies, nothing. It honestly felt like we were completely ignored the entire time. On top of that, when we finally tried to ask what was happening, they didn’t even respond properly. The communication was rude, careless, and unprofessional. It seemed like they simply didn’t care about their customers at all. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would never place an order at this place again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before coming here. Completely unacceptable service.
