We usually drop by the Shell bunk initially the people who worked there seemed to be friendly as days passed they took everything as granted. They would never respond for any questions as if it seems to be they are serving for free even though we are paying it. I would really like to raise complaint on an employee named Chithra and Ajith. Ajith, didn’t make up the coffee as he was having love failure he said to adjust the coffee with lot of decoction with less amount of milk. Similarly does this employee Mrs. Chithra who doesn’t respond properly as if she is giving everything from her own pocket. She doesn’t respond to any queries she is very rude very very rude. I would really love any of the higher authorities of this particular shell bunk to just see what is happening in an around. We are regular customers and we have been changing oil and frequently pumping gas for 5 years. I would like to raise complaint. I know this is not right way to do but we are paying money for all the items with extra tax.

Horrible petrol bunk please don’t fill petrol here. They will manipulate you and make you fill expensive petrol. They are fraud and cheat. I suggest fill petrol in Indian oil or Bharath petrol pumps.
