While changing the oil of my adv 390, they broke the nut. Ok, may happen, nobody does it on purpose. They didn’t tell me that, for nearly half an hour even if I kept asking repeatedly what is taking so long. 4-5 of those untrained screwdriver holding women were trying their best to hide, at last I had to forcefully inspect my own bike. I was calm even till this point, I dialled KTM service centre, asked if the part is available and provided pump executives with the details. They still kept me fooling that someone actually had gone there to pick the part, but in reality no one was sent, rather they kept handing me the phone from “someone” who was sent to SVC. Waiting for last three hours for that “someone” to deliver the part from mere 9km away service centre. Shell Petrol Pumps are usually better than rest of the others, staff is polite and courteous. But because of their foolishness, I lost over three hours and eventually had to cancel the further bookings of the day. Mental and financial toll that they will not be able to pay back.
