On 30July2023, I visited your petrol station for a routine refueling and air refill. However, to my dismay, I observed that there was a severe shortage of staff present to assist customers. Not only was there a considerable delay in getting my fuel refilled, but I also had to wait for an extended period to get the air pressure in my tires checked and refilled. The absence of sufficient personnel led to long queues and unnecessary waiting times, causing inconvenience to all the customers present at that time. As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the quality of fuel and services provided by Shell Petrol Bunk. However, this recent experience has left me with serious concerns about the overall service standard. It is crucial for a reputed brand like Shell to ensure that all aspects of customer service are well-maintained.
