Worst reply by shell executive and he in a sleep mode and I told him to enter the shell point and I gave him proper number and he is entering the wrong number and he is blaming on me and I go through the shell app and a transaction and it was not entered the points and I asked him he that point not added and he is telling me that you didn't have me the proper number and he is blaming on me and he is adding the shell point to his some off his phone number and I asked him you added points he is blaming on me.and he is scolding in a bad words this incident happen at 3:57 at Southern circle shell petrol bunk can you please check me the cctv cameras and give me a proper reply or take an immediate action regarding about that person and reply...

When we inquired about the offers, they did not provide any information. We spent 1059 for 10 liters, and later noticed a sign stating that if we fueled for 1099, we would receive a discount of 30 rupees.
