We came in for tea and snacks, and it had barely been 10 minutes since we sat down when the staff told us—very rudely—that we could not sit for more than 15 minutes. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, so we immediately left. Extremely disappointing experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Have been to Shell Café multiple times and absolutely love this place. Great Coffee, Good Food, Excellent Staff. Nice place to relax and work or catch up with your bestie.
