1 Star – Absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. Today’s visit to Sheeshkebab was nothing short of pathetic. We were first told to wait 20 minutes for a table and were shamelessly asked to stand near the toilet area as a waiting space. This alone shows how little respect the restaurant has for its customers especially families with two small kids. After finally being seated, we waited another 15 minutes just for someone to take our order. No water, no tissues, no basic table setup. Everything had to be begged for, which is ridiculous for a dine-in restaurant. When the food arrived, no one served us. What made this worse was clearly seeing staff serving food to other tables while completely ignoring ours. This kind of selective and biased service is unacceptable and humiliating. We requested a kids’ chair, which they have provided during previous visits, but this time it was bluntly denied without any explanation clearly showing zero concern for families. Another recurring issue: plain biryani rice was listed on the menu but was conveniently “not available.” This seems like a deliberate tactic to force customers into ordering chicken or mutton biryani. Misleading menu practices like this are dishonest. Ironically, when it came to the bill, it arrived instantly. Clearly, they are quick to take money but not interested in providing basic service. The staff attitude was rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had, and it has permanently damaged our impression of this place.
