This hotel is taking light who is staying in the hotel...in early morning they don't open the door so be careful when youncome early morning. I order the food after 1 hour food did not delivered ...the reception is saying they are different owner...frankly speaking how does it even matter...this the hotel has restaurant..if a guest order why are you descreminate ..pathetic...even reception guy is trying to justify that it is not his fault.. Service: 1

We recently visited Hotel the shack for our co-brother’s function, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The function hall on the 3rd floor was good and well-maintained. It comfortably accommodated around 120 to 150 members, which was perfect for our gathering. The arrangements, seating, and overall setup were satisfactory. We conducted the function smoothly without any inconvenience. The pricing was also reasonable, which made it a good choice for hosting family events. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place for organizing functions. Thank you to the team for the support and arrangements. Service: 4
