Always crave for shawarma with so many options in hyderabad, but back out seeing the hygiene and open air in streets . After seeing the fancy board outside passing by decided to stop by , to my utter surprise plates and wrappers all over empty tables , since its a self service , we get a glimpse of their kitchen , its as unkept as the ones on street , flies all over the fruit wastage (they serve juice ,fruit bowls etc ) kept at open display , with just 2 staff members handling the entire place , cleary they were drained and not able to follow instructions , I was mighty hungry post workout around 9:45 PM so I asked for chicken khubus with salad with very little mayonnaise,I told this to both of them , and as expected he drenched it with mayo to which I refused , he made another one and I was starving , the bread was raw and cold , chicken was cold , I had no patience to complain nor take pictures as i was famished and gulped in 3-4 bites (quite small), when I got up I then realised its made in an extremely unhygienic manner without gloves or headgear , management/owners look into this ,definitely not a gourmet experience.
