You enter this cafe and get hypnotized by the view of the beautiful ganga river. The set up and the music will instantly take you to a diff zone altogether. Its peaceful and calm. Though the food we ordered was disappointing, the ice tea was a great disaster too but ewe dint complain just coz the ambience was worth staying for. The staffs were helpful and welcoming Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I recently had a deeply unsettling experience at Shambala Cafe in Rishikesh. Contrary to the positive reviews highlighting its ambiance and food quality , my visit was marred by unprofessional and threatening behavior from the owner.Upon placing our order, we faced significant delays without any communication or updates from the staff. When we inquired about the status of our meal, the owner responded not with an apology, but with hostility, ultimately canceling our order without justification. This abrupt cancellation, coupled with the owner’s aggressive demeanor, left us feeling unsafe and disrespected.
