Shahji Ka Dhaba is a great spot for authentic North Indian food.The flavors are rich, and the dishes taste homemade, with a perfect balance of spices. The dal makhani and paneer butter masala were outstanding, and the tandoori rotis were fresh and soft.The ambiance is simple and gives a true dhaba feel, adding to the experience. The service was decent, though it could be a bit quicker during peak hours.
