Ordered Mutton biryani online and oh my god couldnt believe it was biryani. I am a resident of Hyderabad and had come to chennai and ordered Hyderabadi mutton dum biryani through zomato for my chennai friends to experience the Hyderabad biryani. But this is the worst biryani i ever had Very less Mutton Quantity and the rice was so bad. We had to throw the biryani the rice was really soggy Highly not recommended at all Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1

Paradise service and food quality has severely deteriorated over the year. 1. Food quality and taste is not like before. The biryani was spicy, lacked aroma and the food didn’t taste that great. The gravy which used to be very watery earlier has become so thick and tastes very different. 2. The service quality is pathetic. You go and sit, but nobody even bothers to check for order. You have to manually go to the counter to seek attention. 3. The hand washing area is maintained poorly. The wash basin is not clean, the rooms are also very dirty and poorly maintained. Better to avoid the place till they fix these issues. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Recently dined at Paradise Biryani LB Road. Food service is exceptional and courteous. Staff Srikanth is professional. The overall dining experience was also excellent. The quality of food is beyond expectations, especially the Royal Mutton Biryani.
