    *Disappointed & Heartbroken – A Loyal Customer’s Honest Review* I’ve been a loyal fan of *Hotel Shadab* for the last 3 years. I’ve travelled over 28 km each time just to enjoy what I once believed was the *best biryani in Hyderabad*. I’ve even recommended it passionately to friends and family — just like Kattappa vouched for Baahubali! Until 2024, every visit was worth the wait (even 15+ minutes in line). The *flavour, aroma, and authenticity* of the biryani made it a benchmark for others. Sadly, my last *two visits this year* have been deeply disappointing. Both *chicken and mutton biryani lacked flavour, depth, and any trace of the signature taste* I once praised. I came with a group of 7 people, hyped it up, and left feeling embarrassed and cheated. It was not just a waste of money — it was a *letdown to a loyal customer’s trust*. I believe in second chances — yesterday was your second. Now, I’m *done*.     shadab hotel near charminar
    We brought one family pack chicken biryani & one mutton biryani in chicken family pack we got only two piece one chest one leg we paid 730/- for that in mutton we got only three piece for that we paid 280/- waste quality quantity

    Worst experience with Shadab which we can never ever forget in our life.We 6 members took lunch (Biryani and Osmani mutton) dated 20-May-23 and by evening 5 of us started vomiting and loose motions.Our 4 days trip to Hyderabad was spoiled
    They have some serious hygiene issues
