We visited the restaurant with a group of 16 people, and unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The taste of the food did not meet expectations. The sambar lacked flavor, the idlis were very thin and not served hot, and the uttapam was not tasty at all. Cutlery should be improved—using proper cutlery instead of plastic would enhance the dining experience. The vada pav, however, was good and deserves a mention. The ambiance was not very appealing, and cleanliness was a major concern. The kitchen did not appear clean, and a dirty refrigerator was visible from the dining area, which was unpleasant. The furniture needs an upgrade, and better floor maintenance is required. Overall, significant improvements in food quality, hygiene, and ambiance are necessary.
