The chicken was stale. not expected. poor show. I felt like I was eating cardboard.just not done

We are sorry that you had such an experience at your end. However, we buy fresh chicken and monitored for quality before serving. Do come over to SERVE and try again as we strongly feel it was during transit the dish turned cold which gives feeling of stale.
