Normally the food from your restaurant is delivered quite hot, however today the oats upma was lukewarm. Plz try to get the food item delivered quickly & in hot state

yes sir we prepare only when order is received so food is hot when delivered. this time delivery partner arrived very late.

Poor service. Hair found in the food item and after complaining they denied to give refund and talked so rudely. I recommend everyone not to buy from SECRET KITCHEN

sir really sorry u faced this issue. customer care ppl would have talked to u rudely. its not from Restaurant side.sir they had not provided refund as it seems hair was put from top.
