Had very bad experience with gala dinner, they made it mandatory to pay but the service was super bad, they kept us waiting for hours, there were huge lineups, people were very agitated, seems like it was cheating at their part. Never recommend anyone to book these gala dinners. Reception staff is also very arrogant. Avoid altogether.

We stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The property is huge and very well maintained. Food quality and room service were both good. The swimming pool is massive, and the jacuzzi is truly out of the box. With so many facilities available, you can easily spend the entire day here without stepping out. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind.

We had a very good stay in SeaShell, Havelock. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very polite. They greeted us joyfully. The breakfast was really good and the service was fast. We will highly recommend this hotel.
