Sbarro is a known brand from US and they have opened multiple outlets in Mumbai.I went to the Juhu outlet and the seatings area is decent. Loved the way they have showcased their brands on the walls and the use of bright colours is perfect.The menu is great with a lot of options and they run too many offers which makes them pocket friendly.Service was quick. Coming to food, I felt lack of seasoning or taste in everything. The cheese, toppings, dough and sauce everything is missing the kick. Little improvisation is required.But as I mentioned for the price you can definitely try them.What We Had -APPETISERS~Cheesy Garlic Bread. 3/5Veg Stromboli. 3/5PIZZA~Peri Peri Chicken in Sicilian Square Crust. 3/5

I ordered a pizza and clearly asked for a regular size, but the staff made it large instead... I also ordered two Americanos, and the staff member kept asking whether to add milk, which shows a complete lack of knowledge about the drink...The staff had zero product knowledge and a very bad attitude...The Americano was for takeaway, but the glass was filled so much that we couldn’t even hold it properly....The lid was loose, and hot coffee was spilling out. When I requested an extra takeawayglass for safety, the staff refused and said they had a limited count of glass and couldn’t give one, After seeing all this, I couldn’t even take my coffee and ended up leaving it there...The staff member’s name was Naina... It was a very bad experience overall. She was extremely rude, lacked basic knowledge, and showed no customer handling skills...

Pathetic is the word less for this outlet really taking down Brand name Me and my friends went to sbarro juhu today and we ordered a veg combo meal in which we clearly mentioned two veg pizza’s and when the order arrived and we started eating it we realised that instead of BBQ paneer they gave us chicken BBQ.After consuming it my friends literally vomited as it was against his religion. The service is pathetic and the staff is adment very unexperienced and careless and the food also tastes bad, I strongly suggest everyone to avoid this outlet or look 100% when the order comes. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
