Cleanliness is at the bus stand as usual. But no seperate departments for queries, or other complaint related issues. Toilet is washed regularly but as we know indians(mostly not all) have habit to spit and create dirt around them so no government can sort out that behavioural attitudes other than human themselves. Bus stand is nearby railway station. Rooms & food are all around, so no worries (Note: Be cautious of clean food there or not). Those who want to get cheap room then option is- Dharmshala just sarwate bus stand ke samne. Service: 3
