**Extremely Disappointing Birthday Celebration at Sarova Bar & Restaurant** Yesterday we went to Sarova Bar & Restaurant to celebrate our friend's birthday, and the experience we got was an absolute nightmare. Earlier, we had thought that this place would be as good as always, as we had been here many times before, but this time it was a complete birthday spoil. As we arrived, one table was quite dirty – plates and food were scattered all over the table. We asked the staff to clean it, but the waiter said that the people sitting at the table were smoking, so it was still "occupied". Then we asked another table, which was absolutely clean and clean, but was told it was reserved! We did not argue much, and went to the third table and sat down. And when we left, that dirty table was cleaned and given to other people, without any explanation! The level of service was different. We ordered drinks and asked for normal water, which was being given everywhere, but the captain said that normal water is dirty, yellowish, and everyone here drinks only mineral water. Then the waiter came and brought normal water, which was absolutely clean! This way it seemed as if the captain was trying to fool us. The most terrible moment came when we cut the cake. We brought the cake for our friend's birthday. While cleaning the table, the waiter took the entire pack of cigarettes lying on the table and pretended to smoke it. When we complained and asked to check the camera, the management did not even do anything. Then he did not even bring the cake for 15 minutes, even though he had just taken it out from the fridge. When finally the time for cake came, we bought only a small piece, asked the waiter to distribute the rest of the cake, but kept our cake back in the fridge! Neither gave it to us, nor to our guests! And amidst everyone, the captain came with his personal QR code and said to transfer the money for one drink to that QR code. This was such unprofessional behavior that we were shocked. Should it be like this in a restaurant? When we finally got the bill, we gave a tip to the waiter, but he was later told that the service was absolutely bad. Everyone was quite disappointed, because it was a birthday and instead of a good day, we spent the whole day in anger and frustration. I had given Sarova Bar & Restaurant 4-stars earlier, but now it does not deserve even a star. From management till the staff, everyone's attitude and service was worst. If you don't want to spoil your special day, then stay away from this place. I would suggest my friends also to avoid this place.
