Yes, this place is overpriced. But the problem goes beyond pricing. They mixed up our kebabs with those of another table. Instead of spicy, charred chicken we got a creamy sweet version. Took us time to realize, a few bites in. That's OK! Running a restaurant is hard work; mistakes do happen. All they had to do was explain, apologize, and strike off the wrong order from our bill--but they chose to avoid the topic altogether, got defensive when we pointed it out, and billed us for everything anyway. The manager, whose job it is to win over customers in such moments, walked away in a huff when he learned about the mixup--which reveals how poorly trained he was. Ultimately, what makes a restaurant good, or at least decent? Is it merely the association with a musical legend, and a prime location, and decor? PS: Have to admit, they chill their beer properly. We visited this place after so many years. The staff is warm and attentive. We ordered paneer garlic tikka and biryani. The paneer tikka served was bit extra salty so the staff changed it . (It took whole lot of time) but the the. Recived good paneer tikka at the end. The biryani was very flavourful. The portion is bit small but tasty food . Food price is on higher side. We got the parking , no issues there . Overall good experience. Will recommend to visit if you want to spend on higher side and good quality food Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Found this place a great spot for a relaxed dining. The ambiance is classy and comfortable, making it a perfect place for both casual outings and special occasions. Mostly fan of their non-veg dishes. Chicken tandoori to chicken biryani every dish is a treat for the taste buds. The bar also has an impressive selection of beverages The service at Sarjaa is commendable, with the staff being courteous and prompt. The prices are reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes, ensuring good value for money. Overall, Sarjaa Restaurant And Bar is an excellent venue for dine with wine Highly recommended!
