Dear Navdeep, This is a qsr (quick service restaurant) & a take away joint aswell so the cutlery and crockery used is disposable , the team offered you a replacement but there was barely anything left on the plate. If it wouldn't have been good in taste there must be some food left but you had it all. Standard crockery has been used since ages at our outlet. Kindly avoid spreading hate. So slow service. Drinks come when you are done eating. Do not go if you need food within 15-20 minutes. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹400–600
