In your case, our team observed a torn bedsheet, and as per policy, the matter was brought to your attention with appropriate charge for the same . However, upon your request, the issue was rechecked and discussed with the management. It was concluded that the damage may have occurred unintentionally. As a gesture of goodwill and in line with our aim to provide a stress-free experience, the management decided not to levy any charges.
