I Had an issue regarding food order that was promptly and thoroughly resolved by Mr. Manoj Maharaj, Manager of Ramada. Impressed by his personal attention to customers. My faith in the Sankalp is restored and have gained new faith on Ramada. Food: 5 Service: 5

Staff is terrible. Very bad service. Management need to find better workers who will give better customer service especially in a big tourist area!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Noise level: Moderate noise
