Sankalp brand name of South Indian cuisine having chain of restaurant all over Gujarat.No one can beat quality and variety of South Indian cuisine, but I have to tell regarding out side waiting are at Maninagar was not proper, no arrangement of fan or cooler and mosquito bites were gifted to their customers.No adequate parking area for cars. Rest staff were very polite.It's ambiance is good ,Taste of food is the best in taste must visit there. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Recommended dishes: Sambhar and Chutney, Mysore Masala Dosa

Ordered for cheese chilli uttapam. I have eaten same recipe at other sankalp branch and chhese was melted but here in this restaurant raw cheese was diced and placed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
