Visited Sanjha Chullah Restaurant recently - the ambience was decent and the food taste was okay, nothing exceptional but acceptable. However, the service experience was quite disappointing. We had ordered food for three people, and while the server mentioned it would take around 20 minutes, the dishes arrived within 10 minutes - which was fine, but the coordination afterward was poor. As expected, we asked for tandoori rotis after the first serving, but it took another 10-15 minutes for them to bring the next batch. This caused unnecessary interruption during our meal. Additionally, the server decided on his own to serve a portion instead of a full plate. Later, when we inquired, he mentioned they only offer portions - which would have been perfectly fine if he had informed us earlier. Clear communication and timely service would have made the dining experience much smoother. Overall, the restaurant has potential, but the service definitely needs improvement to match the food and ambience. For portion i feel you might be talking about mutton dishes which indeed are served only in portion sizes. Unlike chicken which we have option for portion, half and full. The food was really good. Ambience was also good enough. Service was overall good. Parking remains a issue sometimes in that area of mount road but all thnx to vellet parking. Really fits in budget with such good taste, specially kadhai paneer and dal makhani in veg and chicken handi and chicken tikka masala in non-veg. Overall it was good experience.
