The staff is extremely rude and favours their own friends and family over genuine guests. They refuse entry to customers even when they can easily accommodate. They do so rudely, without any respect and even argue when guests very politely request. The service therefore is horrible and does not deserve a visit. I used to be a Sandoz fan and travelled from far to enjoy their food but frankly the disrespect is not worth it. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We have ordered Lemon fish which was over fried and rubbery in taste, like old prepared fish was cooked again. Even after complaining, there was no reply from them. It was total waste of money. Never order food from them
