The hotel is easy to reach and conveniently located near the beach. Parking is available at the nearby beach lot, and it’s free if you mention you’re staying at Sandbanks. One thing this is not a private parking rather public parking of the Arambol beach. Cleanliness was below expectations — the rooms didn’t seem well maintained, and the overall vibe felt a bit cheap and shady. The staff at the reception were not polite; they gave instructions in a very direct and rather rude manner. The food was just average and didn’t feel worth the money. Overall, the experience didn’t match the high ratings online. I honestly don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews — it looked nothing like what was described.
