I was there just for lunch only, and i was apparently as i reached the VARR restaurant at 4pm, but lunch is closed at 3:30 but the manager was so considerate to accomodate and offered me with Fried rice and manchurian curry despite being closed for lunch

Weird staff and management. About hotel - We asked them for a room for next day. First they said room is available. Post all enquire when we insisted to make advance payment but the receptionist denied saying we will confirm in half an hour after speaking to some ‘sir’ . We waited for 2 hours and also tried calling back but no one responded. Next day they called me around 11:30am saying room is available. We went to restaurant of main hotel Ganga kinare only to find out half the things on menu were unavailable and it seemed all the staff was busy without work. I also saw some guest were shouting on them. They later served some pasta which was very basic 3rd class restaurant style full of cheese pasta. Staff was not courteous seemed full of ego as if they are running taj hotel.
