This restaurant is not as good as I thought and the food is also not good and the service is also very bad so please improve all these things a bit.

I HAD TO STAY IN HOLYWATER- BY GANGES FOR 3 DAYS AS I HAD BOOKED THIS HOTEL IN ADVANCE. IT WAS NOT AT ALL AS EXPECTED. FIRST OF ALL , THE AMENITIES ARE MISLEADING. THEY HAVE TWO HOTELS IN A ROW. TO ENJOY ALL THE FACILITIES LIKE "PRIVATE GHATT" AND ATTENDING AARTI, YOU HAVE TO MOVE TO THEIR OTHER PROPERTY. STAFF WAS "OK". FOOD MENU IS NOT UPTO THE MARK. THANK GOD I OPTED ONLY FOR BREAKFAST, WHICH WAS ALSO BELOW PAR.PLEASE DO NOT GO AS PER RATINGS, IT WILL FALL WELL BELOW YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Overall Review of Hotel of Holy Water We recently stayed at the Hotel of Holy Water and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is great — the rooms are very clean, tidy, and well looked after. Housekeeping does an excellent job, and the staff who helped us with our suitcases were also very friendly and efficient. A special mention must go to Vidya! at reception. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and truly a great asset to the hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone at the front desk was welcoming, but Vidya really stood out for her professionalism and warm approach. The hotel facilities and reception service are excellent.
