They are not deserving any stars. I had a very bad experience at this café. I purchased a tea for ₹90, but it tasted like water mixed with a little sugar. The staff member’s behavior was also very bad. I am totally dissatisfied. I will never visit Kannur Airport again, and I will never choose the Smaavar Café outlet anymore.
