Very humble nature and honest Mai 17th April ko Night ko New Delhi railway station se kanpur ja raha tha Platform 16 se pahle luggage scanner me mera luggage bag exchange ho gaya tha Train me seat per aram se pahuchne per muje pata chala ki bag galti se kisi aur se exchange ho gaya but tab tak train platform se chal chuki thi and delhi se fir non-stop kanpur me stop karti hai. Maine railway me complain karaya but koi support nhi mila and response proper nhi mila Kanpur railway station me bhi complain ki but waha ki police bilkul bhi support ke mood me nhi thi sab chahte the ki kam na katna pade. 3 dinnbaad mere pass Dipak ji jo ki Samosa seth shop jo ki bahadurgarh metro pillar number 847 ke pass hai ne call kar bataya ki apka bag hamse exchange ho faya hai. Dipak ji ne hamare bag me jo laptop and others things thi unke help se hamara contact nikala and contact kiya Jub hum kal unke shop per gaye to unhone and unke brother mr.Vikas ji jo ki Government employee hai means Junior Engineer Ne bahut hi respect ke sath hamara treatment kiya And khana and chai diya and jub hamne kuch amount dena chaha to unhone nhi liya Dipak ji and unki family 17th April ko Delhi se vaishno devi temple javrahe the Aaj kal ke samay me aise honest and ethical log nhi milte hai Ap sab se jo bhi customer samosa seth shop pe jaye tub aap experience karenge ki enki service and nature kitna acha hai Thank you so much Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
