I ordered a salad from Zomato through Saladific. Usually, the toppings are sent separately, but this time, due to a mistake or unavailability, the toppings were already mixed in the salad. I called customer support to ask about it, and they politely explained that it might have been a staff mistake and immediately offered to replace it. They promptly sent me a replacement, and I really appreciated the quick and helpful customer service. Thank you for the great support! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First of all, This is not even a restaurant. Secondly they are rude and unprofessional, thirdly they take one hour to just prepare a simple salad and last but not least they will serve you completely wrong ordered meal. Saladific is a joke. Please don’t bother going here nor ordering as you’ll just get disappointed with the service and food Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just like to share my review, while I have ordered twice from the same outlet and found it good hence this Sunday I personally visited and packed 3 verious package i.e. pasta rumbles, mix salad & broken wheat salad (where they didn't had broken wheat so they gave option of bajra. We took it to home for lunch and while having it disgusting thing has happened. there was a cockroach in of the salad. To my surprise it was very disgusting and disturbing to. While claiming reimbursement or taking legal action is not feasible as we took package at home and than had it so we might not prove it. But this is for all other who are ordering from Saladific. Advised to refrain from ordering rather buy all vegetables at home and prepare salad for self. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1
