Looks like Shetty has taken a long vacation, because if he was around, the food would never dare taste this bad. The service? Well, let’s just say they’ve mastered the art of ignoring customers while perfecting the skill of upselling. Dear management, maybe swap your ‘sales captain’ with someone who actually knows how to cook—because right now the kitchen seems to be on autopilot, and it’s headed straight for disaster.
