I have visited many Sagar Ratna outlets, but I have never had such a disappointing experience as I did at this particular franchise. The food was excessively salty, and the South Indian dishes—which I usually come here to enjoy—were prepared so poorly that they tasted more like North Indian food, overloaded with masalas. Truly a letdown compared to the standards I’ve experienced at other branches. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
