Extremely Disappointing Service I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at Saffron Pure Veg Restaurant was shockingly poor. From the moment we walked in, we were completely ignored not just by the waiters, but shockingly even by the owner of the restaurant. While three other tables received full attention constant service, prompt food delivery, and even extra care we sat waiting without so much as a glass of water or a menu for an unreasonably long time. No one acknowledged us, despite multiple attempts to call for attention. It felt like we were invisible. AC wasn’t working no decency to switch on the fan or clean the table or serve the water in a glass. We came in expecting good food and a pleasant atmosphere, but the blatant disregard we faced ruined the experience entirely. Basic courtesy and fairness in service are non-negotiable in the hospitality industry. Would not recommend this place. Worst dinner night experience ever.
