I recently stayed at Sabera Heritage Home, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The hygiene in both the rooms and the kitchen was bad. There were old soap rappers in the bathroom, black moulds and spider webs. The room had a broken AC and the balcony door was blocked. It would break if we would have opened. The food quality was poor and in the kitchen the chopping board had turned black which would have been originally green. Because of this disgusting hygiene, we got food poisoning. There were also insects inside the house due to broken nets in the ventilation, which added to the discomfort. Overall, the place is poorly maintained. Do not book this place even if its the last option. Service: 1

My stay with my family was very remarkable, The ambiance set the perfect environment for relaxing,it is a very nice among the coffee estate and the greenery was breath taking,the food was really delicious. It's a traditional house with artifacts and over all experience was very good Service: 5

Stayed here for a night and it was nothing less than a nightmare. The place had plenty of wild insects which bit me all over leading to an allergic reaction. There was dampness in the rooms. The swimming pool was disgustingly dirty (imagine a pool full of pee!). The bed sheets were dirty and had marks all over. If this wasn’t enough the food was probably stale. I was travelling with a group of friends where one of them got really sick eating the food. The chopping board was extremely dirty. There was black dirty mould in the washrooms. Using the washrooms was like walking into the wildlife - there were different types of insects and snails. It was overall a pathetic experience!!! The reviews seem like they’re all fake. We saw the reviews before going and after staying there for a night I can guarantee that the reviews are fake. Attaching photos of the wildlife we saw in our washrooms and rooms! Service: 1
