I ordered a Zomato delivery from here a bit late at night. My order was completely wrong, and I couldn’t even contact the store at the time to get a replacement or a refund. After, I ordered again, and through the delivery driver I contacted the store and asked for a refund for the wrong order. The manager or so I think, took my phone number contacted me and said he’d sort out everything 2 days ago. I have not heard back from him and still haven’t received a refund for my expenses. Terrible service, quite confused as to why the manager hasn’t contacted me since our communications, and this has ruined my continued good experiences from Subway. Subway loose motion way I had a sandwich from there a month ago, it tooks me 1 month to recover my gut health. Worst food poison i ever had. If you have an enemy, better take them there. I recently visited Subway Kakkanad with a friend, and overall, it was a decent experience. The outlet is located on the first floor, and while it’s easy to find, we did notice that some construction or renovation work was going on in the area. It didn’t cause too much disturbance, but it’s worth mentioning for those planning a visit soon. On the plus side, parking was available, which made things convenient, especially in a busy area like Kakkanad. The staff at the counter were polite and took the time to go through the menu options, helping us customize our subs just the way we wanted. The food quality was good, consistent with what you’d expect from Subway. The vegetables were fresh, the bread was soft, and the sauces were balanced well. Everything was neatly prepared and served quickly. The place had a few seating options, and though not very spacious, it was clean and functional. If you're in or around Kakkanad and looking for a quick, healthy bite, Subway Kakkanad is a reliable option. Once the construction work is complete, the overall ambience should improve further. I’d definitely consider stopping by again for a quick and satisfying meal.
