This time, they flawed it badly. Sent the Wrap & Chicken Meat Ball right from the freezer and didn't even bother to heat it properly in an oven. I called their outlet, and the lady who spoke with me was so casual to say that they might have missed it. This is absolutely unexpected from an international brand like Subway. You can't really treat consumers so poorly, especially the ones who order from online platforms like Zomato.
