Order was delayed by 30 mins and there pickup partner said he was assigned to this delivery where he was 4km away from the restaurant and Zomato giving lame excuse of saying rush at restaurant, I will file a case in consumer forum on this

the food was prepared in 16 mins and the delivery was fone in 49 mins after the food was ordered in a noon where the climate was hot, hope people start being kind. we have reached the customer he liked the food but was not kind to talk
