Hi all, I want to share a very disappointing experience we had at Spice Factory, NIBM during a recent family outing. suggestion dont visit spice Factory NIBM, We were there with a group that included several strict vegetarians. Despite asking the staff four times whether a particular dish was vegetarian, they repeatedly assured us that it was. However, we later found out that the dish was non-vegetarian. This is not just irresponsible — it's deeply disrespectful and unacceptable, especially when people trust the staff and have strong dietary beliefs or restrictions. Vegetarian families, please be very cautious when dining at Spice Factory. Verify everything carefully and double-check before eating. We hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff to handle food labeling and communication more responsibly.
