"I had a disappointing experience at Spice Factory NIBM. We ordered Arabita Red Pasta, but they served us Alfredo instead. To make matters worse, our mutton order was completely missed, and despite being over 18, they refused to serve us liquor, which was advertised on Zomato. The service was terrible, with unfriendly staff and a lack of concern for our mutton order was completely missed and ignored.Overall, not a great experience, and I wouldn't recommend it."
