Worst experience with both Spice Factory NIBM and Zomato Dine. The restaurant takes non-refundable reservations but clearly overbooks. We arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, yet 20–25 people were already waiting ahead of us. A confirmed booking means nothing here. To make it worse, Zomato support and chat were unavailable when needed. Completely unprofessional and highly disappointing experience.
