    Avoid at all costs – you'd get better service at a roadside tea stall! Visited Spago Hotel with some hope, left with full-blown regret. The receptionist—a middle-aged woman—was the pinnacle of rudeness. Completely disinterested, borderline dismissive, and too busy socializing to acknowledge guests. Waiting to place our order felt like waiting for a train that never comes, and the food? A bland, soggy mess that arrived after nearly an hour of thumb-twiddling. If you're hungry, look elsewhere. If you value basic courtesy, definitely look elsewhere. Hospitality here is a joke—and not the funny kind.
