Service was very very slow with long waiting period although the restaurant was not crowded. Food ordered would get cold before it reached our table. lack of attention by service bearers. Food quality and taste is not maintained as earlier... The baked Mac cheese had no flavour, not even mixed herbs . butter garlic prawns and kerala style chicken 65 was not upto the mark.sofa covers were dirty and table cloth ends were flying away due to windy climate. need to secure table cloth and ensure clean upholstery.Overall experience was average and need to improve on both, service time and taste.

My recent visit to SKYE - Rooftop by Eternia on SB Road, Pune, offered a pleasant ambiance with a variety of seating options. However, while the atmosphere was enjoyable, the food experience left something to be desired. The Veg Manchurian and Crispy Chicken lacked the expected flavor and finesse. One notable aspect for improvement is regarding the cocktails and mocktails - guests should consider requesting them without ice, as they often seem overly diluted. I've even attached a photo to illustrate the difference in quantity between a drink served with ice and one without. Also they do that waive off service charge if you are paying through zomato gold.
