If after a long day of activities, you're looking for a light meal, at a friendly bar and cafe in Ashvem, then Sho cafe is the ideal place. The staff is generous and the food is easily distinguishable and authentic. Their veg and non-veg borsch made with evergreen ingredients is the right food option for a hot summer day, rainy afternoon or winter evening. Eventhough the menu is limited, each item is prepared with fresh ingredients and the food experience remains exceptional. If you're a fan of sandwiches, then their veg and chicken sandwiches do not disappoint. Few establishments in India can make authentic-to-taste Ukrainian food, curated to Goan weather. If you're craving momos while in Goa, they have a Ukrainian version of dumplings which is similar to momos.

The drinks are made with good alcohol portions and one doesn't have to struggle to choose a favourite. Sho cocktail, a special blend of rum and port wine instantly does the trick. With spacious sitting arrangements, and good music, the place has a relaxing quality.
