If you are just fond of normal tea without any ginger or spices then it could be your go to place, their tea has 40 percent milk and 60 percent of water, their samosa is attraction because it's not typically triangular in shape its more over circular in shape. Honest feedback "not worth the hype" it's famous because people from the offices need a place for chit chat so technically their location is strategic not the taste.

Best chai in Hazratganj Lucknow, instead of going sharma ji ki chai visit Sharma Chai you will feel this chai, I have tried both of the chai on the same day and I know the difference between them.
