Review for Shakti Dosa - Visit on Sunday, 13 April 2025 <br> <br>I visited Shakti Dosa on Sunday, 13th April 2025, along with my fiancée. We were expecting a good meal and a pleasant experience, but sadly, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. <br> <br>I ordered their Special Pulav and my fiancée ordered the Veg Cheese Grill Sandwich which was priced at ₹230 of Veg Cheese Grill Sandwich . The sandwich was extremely disappointing – the first layer had just boiled potatoes, followed by plain bread, then only tomato slices, and finally a bunch of random ingredients thrown on top carelessly. It was not even close to something you'd expect from a proper restaurant. Honestly, the worst sandwich we’ve ever seen. <br> <br>We called the staff and pointed out the issue. After more than 30 minutes of waiting and back-and-forth discussions, they brought back the same poorly prepared item with no changes. Meanwhile, my second order (the Pulav) never even arrived. I had to leave without even getting my full order. <br> <br>But what truly hurt me was that my fiancée didn’t eat a single bite because of this experience. She had been looking forward to the meal, and after the disappointment, she chose not to eat anything. After traveling back home tired and hungry, she went to sleep without having any food. As I cares deeply for her, this made me feel absolutely terrible. <br> <br>Even though I told them to take the payment for the sandwich – because money wasn’t the issue – the way they handled the situation and the food quality was beyond unacceptable. <br> <br>Despite the place being crowded, the service and food do not live up to even basic standards. If this is how they treat customers, I will never return to this restaurant and I would not recommend it to anyone. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400

• I recently visited Shakti Dosa Centre and had an amazing experience! I tried several varieties including different types of dosas and sandwiches. My personal favourites were the Chilli Sandwich and the Gini Dosa with Sala Dosa – they were absolutely delicious! The flavours were rich, and everything was made fresh. Definitely a must-visit spot for dosa lovers.
