SGS Snacks failed significantly in basic service delivery during my recent visit. A simple order took over 40 minutes to fulfill—a wait time that is completely inexcusable for a fast-food establishment, especially for a minor order. If you are looking for a quick bite, avoid this location. The current level of inefficiency makes it an unreliable choice for anyone on a schedule. Ordered for 2 chk wings but received only one, now zomato tells me refund will be issued for the missing quantity, u made a mistake u shud bring the complete order to me but atleast hv the courtesy to correct ur mistake by going back to the restaurant and get the remaining order they missed out, instead dont simply decide to refund the money, swiggy wud hv dfntly sent me the remaining even if it costs them 2 trips, we pay a little bit more in swiggy and i guess thts for the customer service, so tht we dont hv to face issues like this, wont use zomato and sgs snackers ever again, bye, pls make sure my money is put back to my card and pls dont make me call for the refund. Thanks
