From the visitors' viewpoint, seafood is tasty here. When visiting this bar, it's a must to try delicious beer. Clients don't highly appreciate coffee at Hotel Sea Face Kovalam.
This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' point of view, the real drawback is fair prices. Come here for the comfortable atmosphere. But this spot hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

I would say location wise it's the best resort at Kovalam Beach with an affordable price range. It's situated just on the beach side, and you can get sea view from the hotel open lobby only and also it has many sea view rooms with balcony from where you can get a marvelous view of the sea. It's rooms are also very clean and spacious. No complaints about rooms. But there are some problems regarding the room service. First of all, there are no telephones inside the rooms to contact the reception and room service. They give a mobile number and we have to call there for anything required, which is not expected at such a good quality resort. Additionally, the staffs take too much time to respond to any issues in the rooms. Except the room service, the hotel is almost perfect and If they fix this service issue, then this resort has a huge potential to grow in future. Service: 3

It's a great property. Luxurious it was, but they removed those amenities!! Yes needs maintaining. Maybe for less tourists they are struggling. Because less staff delayed service is there!! Not recommend for foods. Location, Rooms are really great. Staffs behavior is also good and polite. Deluxe Room. Service: 3

The property is is located very close to the beach. Just excellent view and the hotel service is also very good hotel. Thanks to front office adhira and hotel person Vimal. Had an excellent stay. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet
