We had a terrible time at SDR Restaurant Anna nagar. We waited for over 45 minutes just for basic items like dosa and chapati — and still, nothing was served until we finally had to raise our voice and demand our food. The staff seemed completely disorganized and careless. There was no sense of urgency from their side. For a restaurant, timely service is basic — and SDR failed miserably at that. Definitely not recommended if you’re expecting even average service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Terrible. Waited more 45 mins for Dosa, chapathi and none delivered. Finally have to raise voice and then it came after 15 mins. How to rate 0 ? 1 is too big for this Terrible. Terrible. Terrible Came at 10.55pm IST. Leaving at 12.09am IST with half stomach Ordered yesterday. Food came today We asked nothing special. Dosa. Chapathi. Parota None was served in first 45 mins. Take a note. No info was given also No water was also served. Came on 5th Aug. Leaving on 6th Aug This happened in Anna branch Nagar SDR restaurant (near VVD SIGNAL) Note : Don't give time as excuse. We sat there only after confirmation that it is serviceable till 3am. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
