Saliva Handi Mutton ka naam sunte hi muh me paani aa jata hai. Ye dish un logon ke liye ek swarg jaisi hai jo asli desi style mutton ka swad lena chahte hain. Handi me banaya gaya mutton waise hi rich aur flavorful hota hai, aur Saliva Handi Mutton is cheez ko aur bhi khas bana deta hai. Sabse pehle baat karte hain iske taste ki. Mutton ko dheere-dheere handi me dum par pakaya jata hai jisme masalon ka swad ekdum gehra utar jata hai. Laal mirch, garam masala, adrak-lehsun aur desi ghee ki khushboo ekdum irresistible hoti hai. Mutton ka har piece tender aur juicy hota hai jo mouth me melt ho jata hai. Curry thick aur spicy hoti hai jo roti, naan ya chawal ke saath ekdum perfect combo banati hai. Ambience agar restaurant style jagah par serve ho raha hai to thoda rustic aur traditional hota hai, lekin asli maza tab aata hai jab handi mutton ko mitti ki handi me serve kiya jata hai. Mitti ki handi ka apna ek alag earthy flavor hota hai jo taste ko aur elevate karta hai. Service ki baat karein to handi mutton banne me thoda time lagta hai kyunki ye slow cooking style hai. Lekin wait karne ka reward aapko ekdum zabardast taste ke roop me milta hai. Staff polite aur cooperative hota hai aur aapko batata hai ki dish thoda spicy hai ya medium, taki aap apni pasand ke hisaab se order kar sako. Price thoda premium hota hai normal mutton dishes ke comparison me, lekin quality aur authentic flavor ke hisaab se bilkul worth it lagta hai. Ek handi easily 3–4 logon ke liye sufficient hoti hai, isliye group me khana best rehta hai. Mujhe personally Saliva Handi Mutton sabse zyada naan ke saath pasand aaya. Garam-garam naan todke jab thick mutton gravy ke saath khate ho to ek alag hi satisfaction milta hai. Rice ke saath bhi combo accha hai, lekin roti/naan ke saath asli maza hai. Dessert me agar gulab jamun ya fir cold drink le lo to meal complete feel hota hai. Cleanliness aur hygiene par bhi dhyan diya jata hai. Handi serve hone ke baad uski presentation bhi kaafi appealing hoti hai. Group parties, weekend outings ya special family dinner ke liye ye ek must-try dish hai. Overall, Saliva Handi Mutton ek aisi dish hai jo normal mutton curry se kahin zyada flavorful aur memorable hai. Slow-cooked traditional style, rich spices, aur handi ka rustic touch isse ek royal experience banata hai. Very bad experience....low quality mutton taste with very high price ...below average taste.. totally waste of money..can't visit again

They have compromised the quality. I have been writing this review after a successive failure from the resturant to cooking the meat. The meat has been undercooked and I am sorry you cannot give uncooked meat to your customer. Heavily disappointed not once.twice but thrice.
