I had an extremely poor service experience with Safa Agencies Courier Service in Agali, a sub-agent of DTDC Courier Service. They completely neglect their home delivery service without any regret and demand that customers collect their parcels from their office within a day, or else the parcel will be returned. This feels like a threat rather than a service. It is highly inconvenient and unprofessional to expect customers to go out of their way to pick up parcels that should be delivered to their doorsteps. I am deeply disappointed with their service and attitude. Avoid using this courier service if you value reliable and customer-friendly delivery. Service: 1
